Pura Vida Health is a heart-centered, integrative health coaching practice that helps women transform their lives through healthy eating, self-love, and 'weight happiness.' 

At Pura Vida Health, we believe that happiness is a birthright. And we believe that women are at their happiest, feel the most fulfilled, and are equipped to meet their physical and emotional needs, as well as the needs of their families and others, when they are living life at their healthiest – in mind, heart, and body. As women, our ability to help ourselves, and to help others, is deeply rooted in our identity, values, and belief systems, much of which is affected by our relationship with food. 

Our mission and passion lie in helping women eat well, lose weight, gain health, and build trust and confidence in themselves so that they may live a life full of vigor, vitality, and joy.

It's Tough, I Get It

I know there’s an overwhelming amount of information out there about nutrition and weight loss, and it can be confusing to determine what will work best for you. You have a limited amount of time and energy, there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to weight loss, and it feels like the cards are stacked against you with long-term diet success being so low. Figuring out where to start can be daunting and overwhelming. I get it; I’ve gone through it, too (more times than I can count on both hands). There are so many factors at play when deciding how best to start a weight loss journey.

That’s why I created programs that help women learn how to design health and weight loss systems that work uniquely for them. My purpose-driven and values-based approach helps women learn how to think differently about their relationship with food, and set defined health and happiness goals in ways that are directly connected to what’s most important to them. Using our purpose, values, and health goals to drive how we make food choices puts us back in the driver seat where we are in control of our relationship with food, rather than it over us. Establishing our own health and ‘weight happiness’ system helps us to regain control of our food, and restores peace and balance to how we engage with it. THIS is the key to permanent, sustainable, and enjoyable weight loss, for life.
