Angela Christoff, CHC, CN completed her professional training in integrative health coaching in 2022 at the Duke Integrative Medicine Center at Duke University. She completed her professional training in nutrition science, research, and planning in 2023 at Stanford Medicine.

She combines this training with her 20+ years of experience in human behavior and consumer research in the nutrition, wellness, and weight management sectors. Her global corporate background, professional training, and personal journey with obesity, provide her clients with a uniquely tailored approach to holistic weight loss coaching.
