Health & Happiness Strategy Sessions
The Health & Happiness Strategy Session is a fully customizable workshop that takes you from health goal to action plan in just 90 minutes, so that you can begin working on your goal with clarity and precision, immediately.
We work with you to identify your top priority areas for health advancement, assist in the creation of a goal for improving that area, and then co-design a roadmap that allows you to implement new action steps as soon as you’re ready.
Workshops last 90-120 minutes, include a Personal Health Plan, and a Session Summary which outlines the action steps designed to support the primary health goal.
Our workshop approach is also "Eat better. Feel Better. Do Better. BE BETTER,” but occurs in under two hours. If speed is the name of your game, you thrive on being self-directed, and you easily reach success without a partner to support your change process, then these weight loss coaching workshops are for you!
Common Focus Areas
These are among the most commonly-requested focus areas by our Health & Happiness Strategy Session clients. There is no focus area off-limits or outside of scope; any area of health can be explored and an action plan created.
