The Eat Better, Feel Better Coaching Series™️ is a fully customizable package of online health coaching sessions that enables you to improve your eating habits, your relationship with food and your body, and which positions you for permanent and sustainable weight loss.
Our heart-centered approach is individualized to your unique health and weight goals, which allows and empowers you to gently take control of your relationship with food, promote and protect a healthy body weight, and feel your very best - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Why do we call it 'Eat Better, Feel Better?' Because 'better' is what we're aiming for. Because for our clients, 'better' represents a significant advancement from where they started on their health journey, and it's the progress that's worth celebrating. 'Perfect health,' on the other hand is neither possible to attain, nor does it deliver any meaningful contribution to our quality of life beyond a certain threshold. 'Better' works best, because it sits at the intersection of 'work hard, play hard.' 'Better' works best because it gives us the space to celebrate the progress without arriving at the final destination. 'Better' is best because it's real, authentic, and can be done each day.

What's Included
The Eat Better, Feel Better Coaching Series™️ is a six-session online health coaching series that runs bi-weekly over the course of three months. It usually takes a minimum of three months to change a health behavior and to create a new one that can become self-sustaining. Three months is the minimum amount of time to experience the impact of health coaching and to see tangible results.
Six months or longer may be better for clients with significant challenges, such as weight loss or dealing with a chronic condition, or for clients who have multiple health challenges to resolve, or for clients who have been unable to sustain positive health behaviors through other programs and solutions.

Health Planning & Action Tools
All of the health planning and action tools you receive during your coaching series are yours to keep and use indefinitely, including your Health Vision, your Personal Health Plan, and your Personal Health Inventory. These tools will enable you to continue working toward your goals and desired health changes, long after you have completed your coaching series, and can be used to solve any future health or life challenges you encounter.
Skill Development
The skills you learn with the Pura Vida Health coaching method are transferable, meaning they can be applied to any health challenge you wish to tackle, now or in the future. No matter the challenge, whether it arises in six months or six years, you will have learned how to create lasting behavioral change that equips and empowers you to navigate any future health challenge with ease, confidence, and results that work comfortably and reliably for you.
Community Support
In traditional coaching partnerships, support concludes following the completion of your coaching series. However, with The Eat Better, Feel Better Coaching Series ™️, you will never have to worry about staying on-track with your new health goals or plans, or remaining motivated or inspired to keep working toward your best self. Our private member community, The Pura Vida Health Clubhouse, is open 24/7 for you, and will be there for you, whenever, and for however long, you need it.
