I've been in your shoes. I know first-hand what you're dealing with.

On some days, I couldn't decide if it was harder being overweight or harder trying to lose it. I was just so fatigued from it all being HARD.

But here is the most powerful lesson I learned: becoming better friends with myself, and building a conscious awareness of how my food decisions were affecting my weight and quality of life, was the key to creating permanent weight loss. Food matters, but not as much as understanding who you are and why you're here. Mindset change and self-love were my tickets out of obesity and into long-lasting health. Once I discovered that I was finally successful living a life of sustained weight loss, I made it my mission to empower and serve other women who were in search of this same freedom. 

Knowing that behavior change and supportive partnership are the foundation of a successful and sustained weight loss effort, I immersed myself in lifestyle and behavioral medicine, and nutrition, obtaining my Integrative Health Coaching certification from Duke University, School of Integrative Medicine, and my Nutrition Science and Planning certification from Stanford Medicine. As a weight loss coach, I’ve spent years helping women build new and sustainable habits with food, movement, and their overall health, to ensure their weight loss journey is the very last one they’ll ever take.
